Max Gail: Early Life
Max was born in Detroit, Michigan, on April 5, 1943. In addition, his birth name was Maxwell Trowbridge Gail Jr.
His sister, Mary Gail, also an actress, was also born on the same day. Hence, Max grew up with his twin sister Mary Gail.
Max is the son of Mary Elizabeth and Maxwell Trowbridge Gail. In addition, his mother, Mary, was also known as Scanlon.

In addition, he debuted in the Little Fox Theatre in San Francisco, California.
