Juan Carlos Casillas, 19, was arrested on Monday and is accused of super-aggravated child sex abuse.
Months after a 4-year-old girl notified her family that she had been sexually molested, a 19-year-old man was detained on Monday, according to Bexar County Sheriff Javier Salazar.
Who Is Juan Carlos Casillas, 19?
A 48-year-old man named Carlos Casillas was charged with one count of trafficking a minor’s sex. Casillas was granted conditional release during his initial court appearance on May 23, 2022, in federal court in Springfield before the U.S.
District Court Magistrate Judge Katherine A. Robertson. On June 23, 2022, the next hearing was scheduled.
According to the indictment, in West Springfield, on or about September 3, 2021, Casillas allegedly encouraged a minor to execute a commercial sex act.
Casillas was taken into custody on February 10, 2022, after being accused of aggravated child rape and seducing a minor in Springfield District Court.

Why Is Juan Carlos Casillas, 19, Arrest?
In January, the youngster allegedly disclosed to a female family member that Juan Carlos Casillas had sexually molested her, according to Salazar.
That one then informed another family member. When challenged, Casillas allegedly denied the assault, but according to family members, he eventually broke down and confessed.
According to Salazar, the girl’s mother delayed reporting the attack because family members assured her they would handle it. When that did not occur, she contacted the sheriff’s office, where deputies had just begun their investigation.
There is currently no more information available on the victims’ families.

A man from Springfield was taken into custody on Thursday after being wanted for raping and seducing youngsters.
According to the West Springfield Police Department, Carlos Casillas was apprehended in Springfield under a warrant following a protracted investigation by detectives from the Special Victims Unit of the Detective Bureau of the West Springfield Police Department as from Home Land Security Investigations. His family’s identity hasn’t been made public yet.
