The people who bought Wild Child in the ’80s after hearing “Say It, Say It” on the radio quickly realized that the album had a lot more to do with pop/rock than dance-pop or urban contemporary.

The only dance-oriented album is Eg’s remake of Donna Summer’s “Sunset People.” It wasn’t released as a single, but it drew the attention of DJs in some dance clubs.

Elizabeth proceeded to record for A&M in the late ’80s, when her sophomore album was released, named “Lace Around the Wound“. However, Daily parted ways with A&M and later only recorded one album in the 1990s.
