Aaron Rodgers is an American football player for the Green Bay Packers of the National Football League. He attended California University, where he achieved many career passing records while playing football.
During his 43-minute visit on “The Pat McAfee Show” Tuesday, Aaron Rodgers did not announce his plans for the 2022 NFL season. But he did explain that he had purified his mind and body through a 12-day cleanse known as Panchakarma.
Rodgers stated that he began the cleanse during Super Bowl week and was still on it when he received the MVP award at the NFL Honors earlier this month.

Rodgers told McAfee that he came out of a 12-day cleanse, ate a specific diet, and underwent some treatments.
He said it was a recentering that takes away mental stress. He further added that he felt an intense amount of gratitude.
Rodgers revealed during his highly-watched appearance on “SportsCenter” during Kenny Mayne’s final program with ESPN last year that he took an Ayurvedic Cleanse during the summer.
Aaron expressed his “gratitude” in an Instagram post that sparked questions about his future as a football player and with the Packers.
Rodgers revealed that he lost about 15 pounds from when he did “Jeopardy!” to when he went to the Derby. He stated that the Ayurvedic cleanse changed his inside body as well.

Aaron Rodgers Diet Plan Disclosed
Rodgers wants his body to be in peak shape to perform consistently.
According to Essentially Sports, Rodgers told Pat McAfee that he had eliminated a few dietary items from his diet to aid his health.
He revealed that cutting gluten, and perhaps most crucially for his blood type, dairy, out of his diet has made a difference in his body.
Rodgers, who had minor knee surgery in January, told ESPN.com’s Rob Demovsky that he had switched to a vegan diet.
The Green Bay Packers head coach has removed dairy items from his diet.

He stated that he has tried to eat more fruits and vegetables.
Rodgers stated that he had weighed up to 230 pounds throughout his career and that eating well can help minimize inflammation.
He said that keeping upright helped, but it all came back to his nutrition, saying that he hasn’t taken as many shots. He has only been sacked 20 times this year, which he is highly pleased to. But food has played a significant role.
