Jamal Musiala, born on February 26, 2003, is a 19-year-old midfielder for Bundesliga club Bayern München in Germany.

Background 

Musiala was born in Fulda, a city in central Germany just north of Frankfurt, to a Nigerian Father and German mother, but he and his family moved to England when he was seven, where he spent most of his early years.

Chelsea discovered the dynamic midfielder during his four-month loan spell with Southampton and signed him to a scholarship only one year after arriving in the country.

Musiala earned his league debut for Chelsea’s U18 team after improving rapidly.

Jamal Musiala made his World Cup debut on November 23 when he started against Japan, becoming the first German teenager to play in the tournament since 1958 and the fourth-youngest German player overall at 19 years and 270 days.
