As soon as the GMA host posted the food post on June 22, 2022, on his Instagram account @michaelstrahan among his 1.5 million followers, fans began inquiring about the ingredients in the photo.
The television personality weighs 255 lb (116 kg) and stands 6 ft 5 in (1.96 m) tall.
According to muscleandfitness.com, Micahel maintains his fitness via his diet and workout, evident in his posts and fit physique. Taking weekends off completely, Michael trains twice a day, three days a week, and throws in two more single sessions weekly for good measure.

Has Michael Strahan Done A Surgery?
In an interview, Michael, a former Giants star, revealed his gap surgery was an April Fools’ joke.
The Hall Of Famer shared on his Twitter account showing him getting a procedure done to have the gap removed from his teeth at a cosmetic dentistry business in New York City.
However, in a video, Micahel revealed the whole thing was just a prank two days later, calling it April Fools Prank.
