The television personality weighs 255 lb (116 kg) and stands 6 ft 5 in (1.96 m) tall.
According to muscleandfitness.com, Micahel maintains his fitness via his diet and workout, evident in his posts and fit physique. Taking weekends off completely, Michael trains twice a day, three days a week, and throws in two more single sessions weekly for good measure.
During football season, giving his insight and analysis into the games, Strahan still appears on Fox NFL Sunday each week despite his busy schedule.

In an interview, Michael, a former Giants star, revealed his gap surgery was an April Fools’ joke.
The Hall Of Famer shared on his Twitter account showing him getting a procedure done to have the gap removed from his teeth at a cosmetic dentistry business in New York City.
However, in a video, Micahel revealed the whole thing was just a prank two days later, calling it April Fools Prank.
Meanwhile, his pranks gravitated the attention of his well-wishers were surprised after people reached out to him, asking him not to get rid of the gap because it was his signature.
