Kurt has small sores under his lower lip that is said to be brought on by Peutz-Jeghers syndrome (PJS), which has been linked to intestinal Cancer.
According to Cancer.Net, “the lifetime risk of Cancer in those with PJS may be as high as 93 percent.” Dr. Stuart has revealed that the sores are dangerous and require proper treatment as soon as possible since it is a precancerous lesion.
Due to his urgent need for a checkup and treatment, he will have to get a procedure later this month. This 71-year-old had to postpone his program as he was to be honored in the Hall of Great Western Performers in Oklahoma City in October.
According to The Oklahoman, his hip surgery will take place. As medical treatment is more important than his event, he couldn’t attend even though his name was already on the Holly Wood Walk Of Fame.
