Martin Jr. arrest news is all over the internet. A man is accused of stabbing a J&K Salvage team member in York County.

According to authorities, Dale Martin Jr., 29, is accused of aggravated assault and other felonies in connection with the alleged incident, which happened early on Sunday. A man was detained by police in York County on Sunday morning following a stabbing.

Spring Garden Township Police said, when authorities arrived at J&K Salvage on Sunday morning at 6:45 a.m., they discovered a 64-year-old man who had been stabbed.

New York Man Martin Jr. Arrest And Charge

Martin Jr. was accused of severe assault. A man was detained by Police in York County on Sunday morning following a stabbing.

According to Spring Garden Township Police, when authorities arrived at J&K Salvage on Sunday morning at 6:45 a.m., they discovered a 64-year-old man who had been stabbed.

The victim reported seeing an unidentified individual wandering the grounds while sporting a J&K Salvage uniform. The victim approached the man and inquired about his identity and place of employment.

Before another employee stepped in, the victim, according to the police, was repeatedly stabbed or slashed with a folding knife. The victim’s mild neck injuries were treated. 

Around 3 p.m., police checked the area and discovered Dale Martin Jr. in a shed on the property. Martin Jr. was arrested without incident and police say the uniform he was wearing was allegedly stolen from the business.

Pennsylvania Turnpike will undergo changes and will eventually close. Aggravated assault, theft by illegal taking, and criminal trespass were the charges brought against Martin Jr. He was turned down for bond, therefore he’s still in the York County Jail.

Who Are The Victims of Martin Jr.?

Martin Jr. stabbed a worker at J&K Salvage in Spring Garden Township on Kings Mill Road. 

After that, according to Police, Martin ran away. According to authorities, the subject suffered minor neck injuries but did not need EMS assistance.

Police were notified that Martin had returned to J&K Salvage at 3:03 on Sunday, and they discovered him hidden in a shed. He was apprehended without a hitch. Martin is accused of aggravated assault, criminal trespass, and theft by unauthorized taking.

According to court documents, he is currently being held in York County Prison after bail was turned down. On October 26, a preliminary hearing will take place.
