Many basketball fans think, “What Happened To Chris Paul?” as he has suffered injuries many times in his playing career.

Early this year, he had injuries on his right thumb and left quad during his game. He looks completely fine now and is set for his upcoming match!

Nicknamed “CP3” and “The Point God,” he is a professional basketball player associated with the Phoenix Suns of the National Basketball Association. He is known as one of the greatest point guards of all time.

Chris Paul, associated with Phoenix Suns, had different severe injuries in his playing career. Only this year, he was injured several times.

Even though he was in rest for a long time, it looks like he is all set for the upcoming ones! Before, when he fractured his thumb in February, he was out for six to eight weeks in a row.

Moreover, he also suffered from a left quad injury this year. Paul had hardship in the final few games of the series, and after Game 2, he could not score more than 13 points later.  

But in the present, Chris has not shared any health difficulties he is facing. A few weeks ago, he shared the picture from his court with his parents. He may have healed from a past injury and must be set up for the upcoming game.

Chris Paul Wife And Children

Chris Paul married his sweetheart Jada Crawley on September 10, 2011. They are now the parents of two children: Christoper and Camryn. 

At a young age, the couple grew up in North Carolina in the same locality. The first time they talked was at a basketball game where Paul played. They both had feelings for each other at 18 years old. 

After dating for years, they finally married in their home state North Carolina. Crawley is a fashion designer by profession and also a philanthropist. 

She even sets up an event every year for high school students where she gives away prom dresses to the students who cannot buy them. Her middle-class upbringing in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, shows her humility and professional attitude amid the fame and spotlight.

Chris Paul’s Family And Religion

Paul revealed that he is a follower of the Christian religion and attends church every Sunday whenever possible, an interview during 2008. 

Chris Paul was born to Charles Edward Paul and Robin Jones. He grew along in Lewisville with his older sibling, Charles Paul. Charles, a former athlete, mentored and coached his boys in basketball and football throughout their youth. 

The Paul brothers worked at their grandfather Nathanial Jones’ gas station during their formative years. Paul considers his grandfather his “best friend” and credits him with teaching him many valuable lessons.
