Yes, Richard Sherman was arrested for drunk driving back in July 2021. However, he was released later after a bail.
Sherman was arrested on July 14, 2021, in Redmond, Washington, for a suspected burglary and domestic violence. However, the felony charge was later dropped.
The free-agent cornerback was charged with five misdemeanors: second-degree criminal trespass and third-degree malicious mischief related to domestic violence, resisting arrest, DUI, and reckless endangerment of roadway workers.

Richard Sherman Pleads Guilty To Drunk Driving
In March 2022, Richard Sherman pleaded guilty to drunk driving and two misdemeanor charges and domestic disturbance that followed.
The agreement with the Seattle court spared the former Tampa Bay Buccaneers cornerback further jail time.
He was fined $500 for speeding in the construction zone and reportedly paid $825 in legal fees, plus he was ordered to be under court supervision for two years.
In July 2021, Sherman crashed his SUV in a construction zone and tried to break into his in-laws’ Seattle home, where his wife Ashley and children were staying.
He was pepper sprayed by his father-in-law when he tried to force himself into the house.
In addition to a 16-hour community service and a DUI course, Sherman was also ordered to pay restitution to his in-laws, which would be determined later.

Richard Sherman is married to his longtime girlfriend, Ashley Moss. The couple is the parents of a son and a daughter.
Moss, Sherman’s girlfriend, gave birth to their first child, a son, on February 5, 2015, four days after Super Bowl XLIX.
A couple of months later, the two got engaged in June 2015. Their second child, daughter Avery, was born on April 16, 2016.
The couple married on March 28, 2018, in the Dominican Republic. The wedding was held in front of friends and families, and Sherman and Moss had a wonderful dance, as seen in videos from the event.
They share a wonderful relationship, apparent from their Instagram posts, which extensively feature each other and their children.
