While filming the movie Rocky, the actor shared that his diet and exercise were so intense that he repeatedly suffered from Lightheadedness, a condition of lacking physical and mental energy. Not only that, but his body fat level dropped to a dangerous 2.9%.
The filming ended, and the movie was a mega hit. But Stallone’s exercise routine continued. Despite his age, the Creed actor regularly hits the gym. In 2021, the actor shared a video and promoted the message “Health is Wealth” and motivated his fans to work out regularly.
Business Insider reported that Sylvester Stallone suffered a swollen heart after getting hit by Dolph Lundgren while filming a fight for Rocky IV. He compared the injury to when the chest hits the car’s steering wheel during a car accident.
The filmmaker added he didn’t feel anything at first, but his heart started to swell later at night. Back then, his blood pressure went up to 260, and they thought he would be talking to angels.
The star was brought on a low-altitude flight from Canada to the ICU at St. John’s Hospital in Santa Monica. After staying at the hospital for four days, he finished filming the fight.

Sylvester Stallone married Sasha Czack on December 28, 1974. They had two sons, Saga Stallone and Seargeoh Stallone. However, the actor and Sasha ended their marriage on February 14, 1985.
In 1979, Seargeoh Stallone was born. At age three, he received an autism diagnosis, and while receiving numerous therapies, he was homeschooled. Seargeoh was surrounded by his family’s love and care as a child. He appears in Rocky II, directed by his Father. It was both his debut and final film.
Many people confuse Seargeoh and his older brother Saga. To clarify, Saga Stallone was born on May 5, 1976. Sylvester Stallone’s son succeeded greatly as an actor and filmmaker in Hollywood. Unfortunately, Saga died of heart disease on July 13, 2012.

After divorcing, Sasha, the actor exchanged his marriage vow with Brigitte Nielsen on December 15, 1985, and divorced her just after two years on July 13. They didn’t have any kids together.
