Yano soon realized his interest in fitness and enrolled in a college to study health and wellness. He has devoted his time and energy to this learning by taking many courses in fitness. He looked S.F.G. 1 at StrongFirst and gained certification in Kettlebell.
Then he continued by studying Advanced Corrective Exercises at Redcord Suspension Training Manila. He also looked at the National Federation of Professional Trainers for the Personal Trainer Certification. After joining a program at the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), he became a Certified Personal Trainer.
He studied Sports Nutrition at Exercise and Nutrition Works, Inc., PN1 at Precision Nutrition, and P.E.S. at NASM without stopping there.
Yano has put so much effort and passion into fitness with all the programs mentioned above to be the professional he is today. After being a licensed educator at the National Academy of Sports Medicine in 2010, he joined the Atlanta School of Massage as a Personal Trainer and Program Director for almost six years.
