Lori Vallow Daybell’s son, Colby Ryan, has been detained on sex offense charges in Arizona. Colby Ryan was arrested on Sunday for two charges of sex offenses, according to the Maricopa County Sheriff Jail (Phoenix) roster. Justin Lum, a Phoenix writer, broke the story first.
Lum posted information about the exact charge—sexual assault—on social media. The murders of Tammy, Ryan’s ex-wife, and Lori, Ryan’s mother, are allegedly committed by Lori and her husband, Chad.
Background of The Case- Where Is Colby Ryan Now?
According to county court records, Ryan was booked into the Maricopa County Jail in Arizona on Sunday. He is being kept on a $10,000 bond.
Joshua “JJ” Vallow and Tylee Ryan, two of Vallow’s children with ties to the Phoenix area, went missing at the beginning of the case. Since then, a complicated series of events has come to light, attracting national and worldwide media interest.
We originally revealed that JJ and Tylee went missing in the months following the passing of Vallow’s ex-husband Charles Vallow in July 2019 in the case concerning the children of Vallow.
After Vallow and Daybell got married in November 2019, an order to physically produce JJ and Tylee was served to Vallow, who was at the time traveling in Hawaii.
After Vallow was detained in February 2020, it was determined that the JJ and Tylee remaining discovered on Daybell’s farm in June 2020 were theirs.
