The 23-year-old concussed himself during Cincinnati’s Week 1 loss to Pittsburgh, but he recovered well this week and should be able to play against Dallas.

Tee Higgins, a wide receiver with the Bengals, “has advanced through the protocol and, barring a setback, he is expected to play,” NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport tweeted early Sunday.
