In the 2019 Tim Hortons Brier, Team New Brunswick finished with a 3-4 record, and Jamie served as Terry Odishaw’s alternate. For the 2019–20 season, Jamie joins Grattan after leaving the Jones squad.
They succeeded on tour by winning the Jim Sullivan Curling Classic and competing in Tier 2 of the 2019 Tour Challenge, where they came in third. The team later won the 2020 New Brunswick Tankard and represented the territory at the 2020 Tim Hortons Brier in Kingston, Ontario.
After going 1-2, they defeated higher-seeded opponents from British Columbia’s Steve Laycock and Ontario’s John Epping to put themselves in a strong position going into their final two games. Unfortunately, they would lose both of those games, finishing the round robin at 3-4 and being eliminated from the playoffs.
The 2021 provincial championship had to be canceled because to the COVID-19 epidemic in New Brunswick. Team Grattan, the current provincial champions, agreed to go on behalf of New Brunswick at the 2021 Tim Hortons Brier.
Paul Dobson, a member of Team Grattan, chose to stay at home due to travel limitations. He was replaced by Ontario native Jonathan Beuk. With three games remaining, the Grattan rink in the Brier is 4-1 after defeating higher seeds Mike McEwen and Brad Jacobs.
