Born on April 11, 2000, Kenyatta Lee Frazier Jr., better known as Ken Carson, is a rapper/record producer from America and part of the Opium label operated by a fellow rapper, Playboi Carti.
Ken Carson’s career began in 2015 when he joined 808 Mafia, a music production group, as a rapper. His entry into the music scene was influenced by his uncle and fellow producer, TM88, and he would share his music on SoundCloud as early as 2017.
Within the underground rap community, his popularity was soaring, which caught the eye of Atlanta rapper Playboi Carti, who eventually signed Carson with his label Opium in 2019.
Shortly after joining Opium in 2020, he released two extended plays (EPs), Boy Barbie and Teen X, which showcased his evolving style and musical prowess. As 2021 rolled in, he dropped a sequel EP called Teen X: Relapsed and later unveiled his debut studio album, Project X, the same year.
Ken continued to make waves in the music industry by featuring as a guest artist on the track “Gëek high” from fellow American rapper Yeat’s album 2 Alive in February 2022.
On July 8, 2022, he released his well-known second studio album, X, which charted at number 115 on the Billboard 200.
Around a year later, on June 2, 2023, Ken took to Twitter to make an exciting announcement revealing the title and release date of his upcoming third album, A Great Chaos.
Later, on June 25, 2023, he shared the album’s tracklist via another tweet. The album has 14 tracks and collaborations with several notable artists, including Destroy Lonely and Lil Uzi Vert. Initially, the album was scheduled for release on July 17, but there has been a delay due to some label-related issues.

On August 19, 2021, the Florida police arrested the rapper Ken Carson with his mugshot, reportedly entailing his alleged crimes to be domestic violence.

Allegedly, he was arrested for beating up his girlfriend. However, the case was deemed “not suitable for prosecution,” and the case was eventually dropped.
