The Pennsylvania State Police were called to Neshaminy State Park in Bensalem Township, Bucks County, on the morning of January 8, 2022, at 10:31 am, about a report of an unresponsive person.

When they arrived, they discovered the body of a woman who had suffered multiple stab wounds to the neck. In addition, the name “Lisa” was tattooed on her right arm, which was something that they observed.

According to the news release, on January 10, 2022, State Police executed a search warrant at a home located in the 2100 block of East Cambria Street in Philadelphia.

The search resulted in the discovery of evidence suggesting that a homicide may have taken place inside the residence.

According to the Police, the investigators were able to obtain additional search warrants, which revealed that Andrew Jennings had traveled from Cambria Street to Neshaminy State Park during the early morning hours of January 8.

According to the Police, he was taken into custody on January 11, 2022, for violating the terms of his probation and then transferred to the Bucks County Prison, where he remained incarcerated.

On January 20, 2022, the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office authorized the Police to charge Andrew Jennings with homicide and misdemeanor counts of possessing instruments of crime.
