Oli Udoh, Vikings Player Arrested: Where Is He Now?

Oli Udoh was arrested on Saturday for reportedly following a woman into a bathroom at a Miami nightclub and refusing to leave. He has been charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.

Police documents report that Oli was talking to a woman in line for the restroom at Club E11even, and he attempted to enter the bathroom as the line moved forward.

Nightclub security reportedly gave him “multiple chances to leave the bathroom,” but he refused.

When security escorted Oli out of the club around 3 am, several off-duty Police officers took him into custody. According to Police, Udoh “actively and physically” resisted the officers and refused to follow their commands, making it difficult for them to take him to the patrol car.

The identity of the victim woman is unknown. We believe more information will come out as the case is currently under investigation.

On Sunday, Oli’s team, the Vikings, said in an official statement that they were aware of Udoh’s arrest and were gathering additional information at the time. The incident happened during the team’s bye week.

Things do not look so great for Oli. The Vikings have not had a lot of incidents like these recently, so it stands out and is likely to result in some serious repercussions, both legal and career-wise.

The Vikings guard, who faces charges of resisting arrest without violence and disorderly conduct, is now in custody and unlikely to return to play at home against the Arizona Cardinals this Sunday.
