Princess Beatrice is said to have had many cosmetic surgeries in her lifetime. Even though she has not confirmed it by herself, many have claimed the same.

Princess Beatrice Dating Life
Princess Beatrice dated several people before her marriage. As per Wikipedia, she was in a relationship with a guy named Paolo Liuzzo in 2006.
He was previously charged with assault and battery, which caused controversy at the time and created headlines. After him, she was in a relationship with Virgin Galactic businessman Dave Clark for around ten years until 2016.
After that, she married 17 July 2020 property developer Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi, the son of Alex Mapelli-Mozzi, a former British Olympian and descendant of the Italian nobility.
They held the ceremony at the Royal Chapel of All Saints, Royal Lodge, Windsor, and it was not publicly announced in advance. Beatrice’s Father, Andrew, walked her down the aisle.
Moreover, she is the mother of a stepson from her husband’s previous relationship and gave birth to her daughter on 18 September 2021.
After Queen Elizabeth II died, the baby girl became 10th in line to the throne.
