Sebastian Gorka has lost significant weight owing to a diet and weight loss plan. The 52-year-old shared on an America First episode that he had slimmed down with the help of Dr. Ashely Lucas.
On the trainer’s website, the former presidential deputy mentions that he had struggled for years to be fitter but could finally do it with the help of Dr. Lucas and her PHD program. He shared that he lost 35 pounds in six weeks. He expressed immense gratitude to the doctor.
Dr. Ashley Lucas, a Ph.D. in Sports Nutrition and Chronic Disease from Virginia Tech, is the owner, founder, and advisory consultant for PHD Weight Loss and Nutrition. The Registered Dietitian (RD) has decades of education and experience in nutrition and metabolism.
She also wrote a book called 5 Steps to Reset the Scale, hoping to help curb the problem of obesity in the States.

Sebastian Gorka is married to Katharine Fairfax Cornell, a Pennsylvania native. The two wed on July 6, 1996, in St. Michael’s Roman Catholic Church in Sopron, Hungary. The couple has two children.
The duo are not only husband and wife but also colleagues. They founded the Institute for Transitional Democracy and International Security in the Hungarian capital of Budapest in 2003.
Besides, Katharine has also been involved with the Donald Trump administration. She first served on his transition team for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and then became a policy advisor at the department on April 7, 2017.
Her work at DHS received attention during the Unite the Right rally in Virginia in August 2017. She had played a part in defunding Life After Hate, a group supporting deradicalization, particularly of white supremacists.

Sebastian Lukács Gorka was born to Hungarian parents in London, England, United Kingdom. He is the son of Paul Gorka and Susan Gorka.
Paul and Susan had fled to the country after the failed anti-Soviet 1956 uprising and became naturalized British citizens in February 1963.
Sebastian attended St Benedict’s School in west London and completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in philosophy and theology from Heythrop College of the University of London. While at University, he joined the British Territorial Army as a volunteer.
Born in the U.K. in 1970, Sebastian lived in Hungary from 1992 to 2008, where he worked for the Hungarian Ministry of Defense. He also completed a master’s degree in international relations and diplomacy at Corvinus University in 1997.
He was a research fellow at Partnership for Peace International at the NATO Defense College in Rome in 1997 and served as an adviser to Viktor Orbán in 1998.
Sebastian furthered his education and obtained his Ph.D. in political science at the Corvinus University of Budapest in 2007. He later transferred to the United States and became a naturalized American citizen in 2012.
