South Korea Court issued an arrest warrant for Do Kwon, the co-founder and CEO of the Terraform Lab cryptocurrency ecosystem. He was arrested for violating the nation’s capital market law.

In this case, the warrant was for more than five people, according to a text message from the prosecutor’s office.

In July, prosecutors searched the home of Kwon- Daniel Shin’s partner, the co-founder of Terraform Lab. But nothing was done against him. Also, when the search was done, Kwon was not in South Korea; he warned his partner, saying we would know if he entered South Korea.

Luna Foundation Guard website said that the value of Terra’s family of Stablecoins was maintained through a system of arbitrage incentives, open-market operations, and dynamic protocol levers that support robust peg stability and scalability of supply without centralized control.

However, in May, the algorithms failed one day, and as a result, investors over 200,000 lost their investments in Terra.
