The news of Do Kwon is going viral after a South Korean court issued an arrest warrant for Do Kwon, the co-founder of a cryptocurrency company, for allegedly violating capital markets law.

Who Is Do Kwon?

Do Kwon is well known as a co-founder and CEO of Singapore-based Terraform Labs. Terra was founded in January 2018 by Do Kwon and his partner Daniel Shin. But the development was officially launched in April 2019. 

In 2022, many people will know about Terra and Do Kwon, the company’s CEO. 

Kwon is 29 years old, born in Seoul, South Korea. He attended Stanford University and completed his degree in Computer Science in 2015. After graduation, he worked as an engineer at Apple for three months and with Microsoft for another three months.

Then, he returned to his home country to start his company in 2015. These five years have been a profound change to Kwon’s life, people were unknown about him five years ago, and now they know him and his company.

Do Kwon Charges and Arrest Details 

South Korea Court issued an arrest warrant for Do Kwon, the co-founder and CEO of the Terraform Lab cryptocurrency ecosystem. He was arrested for violating the nation’s capital market law. 

In this case, the warrant was for more than five people, according to a text message from the prosecutor’s office. 

In July, prosecutors searched the home of Kwon- Daniel Shin’s partner, the co-founder of Terraform Lab. But nothing was done against him. Also, when the search was done, Kwon was not in South Korea; he warned his partner, saying we would know if he entered South Korea.

Luna Foundation Guard website said that the value of Terra’s family of Stablecoins was maintained through a system of arbitrage incentives, open-market operations, and dynamic protocol levers that support robust peg stability and scalability of supply without centralized control. 

However, in May, the algorithms failed one day, and as a result, investors over 200,000 lost their investments in Terra.

Also, all six people, including Do Kwon, have taken to Singapore as a report. The investigation is going on; more information is still to come out. They haven’t let Do Kwon go and haven’t charged anything to the date.

Do Kwon’s Wife and Family 

Do Kwon has never talked about his personal life to the media. We don’t have any information about his wife’s life. He has not shared pictures or spoken about her wife on social media. 

So, we cannot confirm that either he is married or divorced. But he recently shared a picture of his daughter named Luna in April 2022 by tweeting, “My dearest creation named after my greatest invention.

Not only about his partner, but he also has not shared any information about his parents and siblings—the name and other information about his family. 

Kwon has always been private; he never talks about his family with reporters. Also, he never posts any pictures that relate to his family.
