Alexander, with his youthful passion and spirit, during the mid-April to mid-June in 2014, climbed nine routes with grades ranging from 9a+ (5.15a) to 8c+ (5.14c).

Megos also climbed one of the most complex routes in Franconian Switzerland, “Modified” 9a+ (5.15a).

First Ascent Climb

Alexander, in 2014 attempted the first ascent of the 20-pitch route “FLY”8c (5.14b) along with Roger Schali in Staldeflue, Switzerland.

The route is taken as one of the most challenging big-wall climbing routes in the world.

With a successful climb of route “FLY,” he again attempted to climb route “Supernova,” which was his first route in grade 11+ (UIAA).

Finally, in 2018, he secured his first ascent of the “Perfecto Mundo” route in Margalef, Spain, and Sharma on the 9th of May.
