Arshad Sharif was born in Karachi, Pakistan, to Commander Muhammad Sharif TI(M) TK of the Pakistan Navy. While still a student, he started his freelance journalism career in 1993. At Quaid-i-Azam University in Islamabad, he earned a Master of Science in Public Administration.

Javeria Siddique is a well-known author and Journalist. After enrolling in a photography course in 2013, Javeria Siddique won the Photography Award in 2014, the Punjab Bar Council’s Best Reporting and Anchoring Award in the same year, the CDA Award for Best Reporting in 2008, and the PIHR Award in 2009.

Arshad Sharif was born in Karachi, Pakistan, to Muhammad Sharif, a commander in the Pakistan Navy.
Commander Muhammad Sharif, the Father of Arshad Sharif, passed away from a heart attack in May 2011 at the Armed Forces Institute of Cardiology. On his way to his Father’s funeral in May 2011, his younger brother, Major Ashraf Sharif, was killed when his car went off the road.
Major Ashraf Sharif departed Bannu Cantonment after learning of his Father’s passing and refused a chauffeur or escort. A few kilometers away, his car took off the road and struck a tree, instantly killing him. At the H-11 Graveyard, Major Ashraf Sharif and Commander Muhammad Sharif were buried with full military honors.
Pakistani Journalist Arshad Sharif Shot Dead In Kenya
Police in Kenya has started investigating the shooting that claimed Sharif’s life.
The 49-year-old had worked in numerous national newsrooms when President Arif Alvi presented him with the Pride of Performance award in March 2019.
He leaves a wife and five kids in his wake.
Arshad Sharif’s wife, Javeria Siddique, said in a tweet that her husband was shot dead in Kenya.
She has also pleaded with the press and social media users to protect family members’ privacy. Several hours after news of Sharif’s passing spread on social media, Siddique posted on Twitter.
According to reports, Arshad Sharif’s mother is upset. Her first son died in a car accident a few years ago, and now her second son has also passed away.
