Barry Mohan Car Accident: Irish Singer Dies at Age 28- Family And Net Worth

Barry Mohan, a singer, and guitarist with the popular Irish folk rock band, All Folk’d Up, of which his brother Pauric is the lead singer, has sadly passed away following a road traffic collision in the early hours of Monday morning.

Barry Mohan, a singer for Tyrone, and his band All Folk’d Up, were about to embark on a UK tour this week.

Following his loss, several Irish country music musicians paid tribute to the father-of-one on social media.

The PSNI is investigating the event and is pleading with any witnesses to come forward.

The white Audi A3 car that collided with the white Volvo truck just before 6 am in Middletown, Co. Armagh, was driven by Mr. Mohan, a Father of one, according to the Police.

The Monaghan Road, where the incident occurred, has now been open to the public. Mr. Mohan’s funeral arrangements have not yet been made official.

“We are profoundly grieved and surprised to learn of the death this morning of Barry Mohan, guitarist, and outstanding musician with All Folk’d Up, in a road traffic collision,” says a statement on social media from All Folk’d Up’s reps, Rising PR.

Craic by the Creek, a Manchester-based organization that organizes Irish music festivals, also paid tribute to Mr. Mohan on Facebook.

Barry is survived by his mother, Marina Mohan. Sadly, there was nothing on the internet about her. His Father is not mentioned anywhere online either.

However, we know that Barry is also survived by several people, including his daughter Céala Rose and his older brother Pauric.
