As of the latest report, it is still uncertain whether Bryce will be in his team’s next matchup against Tennessee Volunteers. There has been no official announcement from his club regarding the same.
No. 3 Alabama coach Nick Saban told ESPN on Friday that the quarterback is on track to play today; however, the team will make the final decision during pregame warm-ups.
Nick had a similar message during his Thursday weekly radio show. He said that although the QB had practiced sparingly throughout the week, it looks to be a game-time decision and will come down to how he feels and whether he can manage the pain while throwing.
The coach further added that nobody – not him, not Bryce, not anyone – is going to know for sure until the match time.

The Team Felt Bryce Young Absence Last Week
Alabama Crimson Tide team felt the absence of Bryce Young when he was not in the playing squad last week. Crimson Tide’s previous game against Texas A&M was a close 24-20 win.
Following his injury, Bryce Young missed the second half of the win over Arkansas and the whole game against Texas A&M.

What Happened To Alabama Crimson Tide QB Bryce Young?
Bryce Young is recovering from an AC sprain in his right shoulder (throwing shoulder) that he suffered two weeks ago in the game against Arkansas Razorbacks.
The injury appeared on a play where Bryce was tackled and fell out of bounds on his shoulder. He initially did not look in pain until the next pass.
He frowned and quickly made his way to the Alabama injury tent. After spending a good amount of time in the tent, where players checked in with him, and personnel examined him, he ran off the field to the locker room.
Bryce was 7-of-13 for 173 yards with one touchdown and one pick through the first quarter-and-a-half of action until that point in the game.
Although Alabama won the match 49-26, their key player came out injured.
