In the video, Green approaches Poole and embraces the young guard chest to chest after what appears to be a brief verbal discussion between the two. Poole smacks Green in the face and knocks him to the ground as Poole shoves Green away with two hands.

Teammates and staff quickly surrounded the duo and dispersed the altercation. The newspaper’s sources claim that Green referred to Poole as a “bitch.” By an October 17 deadline, both players are vying for sizeable contract extensions. The altercation was captured on camera, and Green can be seen approaching Poole and pushing him away before punching Poole in the face as payback.

The Warriors are looking into how the video was produced. Steph Curry and others have questioned whether Poole has changed his attitude. In addition, Green denied earlier claims that contract extensions were the cause of the dispute with Poole.

Since Draymond Green punched him in the face, Jordan Poole has avoided speaking to the media; more specifically, he has avoided talking since a video of the incident leaked. Before Friday’s leak, Warriors management claimed Poole was in good physical condition after the punch. 

Based on Poole’s performance, demeanor, and the remarks of his coaches and teammates during the Warriors’ exhibition game against the Lakers on Sunday, it appears to be a safe bet that he is doing reasonably well mentally.

Jordan Poole’s Net Worth Explored

Jordan Poole has a net worth of $10 million. Poole gave Golden State a four-year commitment back in 2019. 

He received $2,063,280 and $1,964,760 in 2020/21 and 2020/19, respectively, for a total of $2,161,440 this season. The two parties have until October to agree on a rookie-scale deal, as Poole is in his third season with the Warriors. 

However, Poole will revert to being a restricted free agent in July if they cannot agree. The main issue for Golden State is that their payroll currently amounts to over $40 million more than the 175 million dollar luxury tax threshold.
