After the news of Whistlin Diesel arrest, fans are eager to know whether and why the YouTuber is in trouble.

Whistlin created his YouTube channel in 2015, which now has over four million subscribers.

Whistlin Diesel Arrested? What Was The Charge?

YouTuber Whistin Diesel is arrested and facing possible jail time after the Police stopped him and his crew for splashing water with his jet ski in a “no wake zone.” The incident happened on a lake in Tennessee.

On May 22, Whistlin posted a video on his YouTube channel showing his crew’s interaction with an off-duty Police officer in Tennessee. He had a run-in with the officer while his group was riding their jet skis in an apparent no-wake zone, an area where boats are required to travel at idling speed.

They stopped immediately and headed to shore when they realized where they were. But the angry officer walked up to them and yelled for making a wake.

The YouTuber appears nice at first before making fun of the man’s exaggerated response. Moreover, he invited his fans to their court case with anti-splash legislation signs and offered to take photos with as many people as possible.

While Whistlin records most of his videos on his property, he occasionally makes them in public and has run-ins with the local Police — whether on or off duty.

Is Whistlin Diesel In Jail Or Prison?

Whistlin Diesel is not currently in jail, but he could be. On June 14, he uploaded a video explaining that he and his crew were facing misdemeanor charges and could face up to a year in jail for the incident.

However, he mentioned in the video that the Police are offering to drop all his charges in exchange for the YouTuber using his platform and influence to get fans signed up for the local boating safety course.

Nevertheless, since the crew members being charged would lose their college scholarship, Whistlin is getting his lawyer involved — attempting to delay the court trial for “years.”

Whistlin, who arrived with his friends at the court in a fancy car, has hired two lawyers to represent him. He will be trying to postpone the one-year jail time he might be getting.

Only time will tell how the Whistlin Diesel lawsuit goes and what will happen to him.
