In 1958, her photography with Lucyna made the cover of the magazine, “Ekran.” One of the most known perks of her photography that led to her prominence was her lightning-produced monochrome images. 

Because of her photography talent, she became a member of the Polish Photography group ZPAF in 1956. Likewise, she also won the title of “Artiste FIAP,” provided by the International Federation of Photographic Art.

“My father had so much passion that he could teach a chair how to photograph. I didn’t have to go to a puppet theatre, the performance took place in the dark room, where my father would show me different tricks.”

Without a doubt, her Father was a role model to her and her career.

Zofia Nasierowska Died At The Age Of 73

Late photographer Zofia is no more with us. She died on October 2011 in Warsaw. The reason for her death was old age. Moreover, she was buried in the Military Cemetary in Powzki.

For her legacy, Karolina Lewandowska included her in a book, She-documentalists: Polish Women Photographers of the 20th Century.
