FouseyTube is again in the headlines because of his recent arrest live on stream, which has also sparked interest in FouseyTube parents.

Born on January 22, 1990, FouseyTube is a well-known American YouTuber and streamer, though his fame is mostly surrounded by controversies. FouseyTube or Yousef Saleh Erakat had many channels in the past related to fitness, which showcased his workout routines, including his experiences with the P90X program.

However, when he shifted his content to Middle Eastern themes, his popularity began to soar. 

In 2015, Yousef’s rise to fame gained momentum, and he introduced his transformed BMW 435 through a complete makeover with vibrant colors that resonated with his YouTube followers, affectionately referred to as the “bruh bruhs.”

Just two years later, on June 3, 2017, he officially reached 10 million subscribers on his YouTube channel, showing his huge growing influence.

However, not everything was smooth sailing for him. His event “Hate Dies, Love Arrives” drew far fewer attendees than expected and turned out to be a major failure.

Additionally, there was also an alleged bomb which caused the event to be canceled, leaving a significant impact on his mental well-being. He left social media shortly after but eventually returned in 2021 with a new channel Fousey, revolving around boxing content.

Yet, recent times have been challenging for Yousef.

In August 2023, he was streaming IRL content in Twich when it took an unexpected turn. He met a drunk woman who revealed that she was a victim of sex trafficking. After a few flirting and kissing, they both disappeared from the stream for about 20 minutes.

Following this, Yousef bragged about having sex, for which he received heavy criticism. Then he took a hiatus from Twitch, addressing mental health concerns.

In another instance, on August 23, 2023, he was arrested by Miami police after faking a hostage situation in his live stream when he called 911, citing he needed help and that someone had a gun to his head at the moment.

These recent controversies have again sparked interest in him and FouseyTube parents.

Who Are FouseyTube Parents? Meet Mama Kat And Papa Kat

FouseyTube was born to Palestinian parents in Fremont, California, and is a religious Muslim family.

FouseyTube parents had migrated to America after the infamous Syria and Israel conflict.

Both of them had arrived in the US with practically $0 dollars and had worked hard to provide for their children, putting them through college and buying their first car.

Although the exact name hasn’t been made public, FouseyTube parents are commonly called Mama Kat and Papa Kat.

In 2017, Yousef created three YouTube channels to document the daily life of “The Kats Family” living in their New Jersey residence. In addition to the main Kats Family channel, his parents also had their own online platforms.

On The Kat Doctor, his father shares medical advice from his experience as an oral surgeon, while his mother showcased her cooking skills at home and shared recipes with the viewers on her channel, The Kat Chef.

However, all three of the channels and other social media accounts related to them last posted in late 2018 and remain inactive to this day.

Moving on to their children, apart from Yousef Saleh Erakat, FouseyTube parents have given birth to three kids older than Yousef.

Mama Kat And Papa Kat Has Another Popular Child Besides FouseyTube

One of the children of FouseyTube parents, Noura Erakat has gained her own fame as an American activist, legal scholar, university professor, and human rights attorney.

Born on January 16, 1980, Noura Erakat graduated with a baccalaureate from the University of California, Berkeley in 2002, and was a member of the oldest academic honor society in the US, Phi Beta Kappa Society.

In 2005, she completed her Juris Doctor from the University of California Berkeley School of Law, later graduating with a Master of Laws degree from Georgetown University Law Center in 2012.

Two years before graduation in 2010, she co-founded Jadaliyya, an online magazine affiliated with the non-profit Arab Studies Institute.

With her knowledge of the law, Noura Erakat has served as legal counsel of the House of Representatives Oversight Committee and is now a Board of Directors member for the Trans-Arab Research Institute.

Noura is also currently an associate professor at Rutgers University where she is also on the board of the Institute for Policy Studies.
