Max Fried was born on January 18th of 1994, in Santa Monica, California of United States. His father’s name is Jonathan Fried and his mother’s name is Carrie Fried.

After graduating high school, Max Fried immediately got drafted into the San Diego Padres in the first round in their seventh overall selection for the 2012 draft.

He was initially eyeing on the UCLA Bruins Baseball team but somehow ended up signing for the San Diego Padres for three million dollars.
