After graduating from Bradley college in 2014, Walt went undrafted, meaning he was not officially bound to any team and was free to join any. Walt joined the Golden State Warriors for the 2015 NBA summer league.

Walt then got the chance to sign the EGIS Kormend on September 10th of 2014. Kormend is a Hungarian team. Kormend had failed to qualify for the actual league in the 2014 season.

They signed Lemon for the span of two years, from 2014 to 2015. But for some unknown reasons, he departed from them on December 10th of 2014, after playing twelve games.

In the same year of 2018, Walt got a deal from the Windy City Bulls. Lemon had a scoring average of 20.9 points in his league games.
