Late Charles Gondouin was born Charles Marius Numa Adolphe Gondouin on July 21, 1875, in Paris, France. The player died at the age of 72 on the 24th of December 1947.

Gondouin’s father was named Constant Auguste Achille Gondouin, and his mother’s name was Victorine Rose Jeanne Tournerie. Unfortunately, both of his parents died in 1910.

His grandparents from his father’s side were named Constant Emmanuel Gondouin and Victorine Camille Duval.

In addition, his grandfather from his mother’s side was named Pierre François Tournerie.

Moreover, his other grandmother was called Marie Anne Julie Charlotte Montecot.

As for his education, he attended Lycée Condorcet school. After completing his studies, the player started working as a sports journalist.
