During his interview in December 2006, Cramer mentioned that Hedge Fund managers push the stocks higher or lower as per their will, which was illegal.

Although Cramer did every legally, some activities inside the Hedge fund used to be illegal, causing to spread of false rumors regarding the downward and upward stock market.

On March 2, 2009, Cramer stated that President Barack Obama was responsible for the greatest wealth destruction he had ever seen.

Cramer then replied that the stock market was hugely declining after the inauguration of the president.
