After several years Richard Allen MugShot Case captivated the attention after the murder suspect got arrested on October 26, 2022, for the alleged murder of teenage best friends.

From Delphi, Indiana, Richard Matthew Allen was taken into custody and booked into Carroll County Jail. But he has since been moved to a state facility for his safety on October 26, 2022.

The suspect, Richard, was a married Father and trained pharmaceutical technician who works at the local CVS store in the heart of the tight-knit community, per the Independent website.

 The FBI agent, the warrant, filed by an investigation of the murders back in 2017 and partly redacted, was to search for the home of a local man, Ronald Logan.

As per sources, the actor works at the local CVS store – coming into contact with community members as part of his job.

The double murder of Libby German and Abby Williams, closest friends since they were teenagers, has finally been filed against the 50-year-old married man detained in connection with the 2017 Delphi. 

Indiana Police charged a 50-year-old local man with the 2017 Delphi murders – more than five years after the bodies of best friends Libby German and Abby Williams were found close to a wooded trail.

Last year, a 27-year-old Indiana man came under the limelight after the juvenile victims’ online identities were linked to the account he used to solicit underage girls.

Investigators determined that Kegan Anthony Kline, a 27-year-old male with addresses in Delphi-area Kokomo and Peru, was the person behind the account.

Who Are Victims Liberty “Libby” German And Abigail “Abby” Williams?

Richard Allen was charged with two counts of murder on Friday and has pleaded not guilty.

On February 13, 2017, Libby, 14, and Abby, 13, were brutally killed after beginning a trip along the Monon High Bridge Trail near Delphi. The following day, their bodies were discovered in a wooded area half a mile off the trail.

Following a stroll along Delphi, Indiana’s Monon High Bridge Trail on February 13, 2017, Libby and Abby vanished without a trace. Their remains were later found the next day in a wooded area about half a mile from the trail.

The eighth-grader victims documented some of their walk on Snapchat, and chilling grainy footage taken from Libby’s phone was released by cops early on in the investigation that showed a man walking on a bridge near where the girls were last seen.

Following Richard’s arrest, Libby’s sister Kelsi German tweeted that “today is the day” they had been waiting for.

What Are Richard Allen’s Charges? 

Indiana State Police announced Richard is charged with two counts of murder and has pleaded not guilty. However, his mugshot resembles the Police sketch of the man long suspected of killing the teenagers.

The Carroll County Jail record lists Richard as going by the alias of Craigh Ross Rentfrow and having no previous criminal description.

Investigators remain tight-lipped about what led to his arrest, a staggering 2,086 days from the murders – and have given no further details about the victims’ cause of death.

Local outlet FOX59 obtained a state-issued photo of Mr. Allen, with a government source confirming that it depicts the man behind bars.

According to officials, the affidavit is presently under seal, and they declined to give further information on the incredible breakthrough in the high-profile case that has shaken Delphi’s small, tight-knit community and remained unresolved for more than five years.

In a search warrant application that The Independent and the podcast The Murder Sheet shared, shocking sources revealed new information about the killings.
